Payment Disputes: Contact us directly before initiating chargebacks. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in reporting to credit agencies, chargeback fee responsibility, and service suspension.
C. Third-Party Platform Responsibility By using any Third Party Platforms, you agree to their terms and accept responsibility for ensuring correct payments and resolving disputes directly with the payment provider. We are not responsible for payment-related issues, processing errors, or unauthorized transactions.

A. Professional Scope We are Executive Function coaches and Licensed Educators only. We do not provide medical, therapeutic, nutritional, legal, accounting, or financial advice. You agree that process may be served on you in any manner authorized by Michigan law and waive any objection to such service.
